Giclée (/ʒiːˈkleɪ/ zhee-KLAY or /dʒiːˈkleɪ/) is a neologism coined in 1991 by printmaker Jack Duganne for fine art digital prints made on inkjet printers [Wikipedia].
From the shop section you can order Giclée – essentially, digital reproduction of original work with copyright by Gbenga Orimoloye, printed on high quality satin-matt photographic 286 g/m2 paper.
Each example is meticulously produced and personally signed by the artist, using a combination of high quality dye based inks, archival materials and processes to guarantee longevity.
Production is ‘on-demand’ using modern digital methods and practices. ‘On-demand’ as in NOT mass produced; but essentially, as/when ordered.
Please make sure this print is kept away from water, liquids, excessive moisture or damp conditions. Best results are obtained by framing behind glass or other similar or appropriate suitable protection.
It is also recommended to keep the prints protected in the supplied clear polythene and tubing until they are ready to be framed.
